Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of domain names listed on tonersolutions.com, operated by Biovit Group Ltd. under the Name Kiln brand.

1. Seller

2. What you are buying

Each listing on this website offers a single internet domain name for sale. The purchase transfers full ownership (registrant rights) of the domain to the buyer. No physical goods are included. No recurring subscription is implied unless separately agreed.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The listed price is the “Buy It Now” price. Buyers may also submit offers via the “Make an Offer” flow. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any offer at its sole discretion.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, registrar transfer fees, or Escrow.com transaction fees. Escrow.com fees are typically paid by the buyer (approximately 3.25% of the transaction value).

4. Payment and transfer process

All transactions are processed through Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service. The process:

  1. Buyer initiates payment through Escrow.com
  2. Escrow.com confirms receipt of funds
  3. Seller unlocks the domain and provides the authorization (EPP) code within 24 hours
  4. Buyer initiates domain transfer at their registrar
  5. Once transfer is confirmed, Escrow.com releases funds to the seller

5. Domain transfer timeline

The seller will initiate the domain unlock and provide the EPP/authorization code within 24 hours of confirmed payment. The actual transfer between registrars typically completes within 1-5 business days, depending on the receiving registrar.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

Because domain name transfers are irreversible once completed, refunds are not available after the domain has been transferred to the buyer’s registrar account.

If the seller fails to deliver the domain within 5 business days of confirmed payment, the buyer is entitled to a full refund through Escrow.com’s dispute resolution process.

7. Ownership verification

All domains listed on this website are owned and registered by Biovit Group Ltd. The seller guarantees clear title and the right to transfer. WHOIS records confirm ownership at the time of listing.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Hungarian law. Any dispute arising from a transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary, unless EU consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes do not affect transactions already in progress.
